Twice a year (December and April), I hold the Great Canadian Beaver Tales Contest. This is for students in grades 2 and 3 to show off their imagination and writing skills as they craft a tale about Bruno.
For each contest, there will be a new topic so be sure to check the website periodically to see the new topic.
The winner's tale is posted on this website, and they will receive a certificate, a Bruno plushy, and other celebratory items. Teachers, for the competition rules and details, click here.

From working with Canadian currency (the nickel!) to pinning Bruno's travels on the map to writing your own Bruno tale, there are many ideas. I'll be adding to the collection, and I invite you to do the same! Educators are all on the same team. ;)
